On January 10 of this year, a seminar was held at the Gallaorol district technical school No. 1 on the content and essence of PF-190 and PQ-316, the importance of these decrees and resolutions in bringing the field of vocational education to a new level. At the seminar, the director of the technical school Kh.Nazarov introduced the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-190 dated October 23, 2025 “On measures to improve management efficiency in the vocational education system” and the Resolution No. PQ-316 dated October 23, 2025 “On measures to implement reforms in the vocational education system”. Changes in the professional education system described in detail the essence of the decree and resolution. He mentioned the development of professional competence of management and pedagogical personnel in the system, strengthening educational and methodological support, improving the quality of education, effectively organizing the educational process, introducing modular educational programs, ensuring the integration of the labor market and education, maintaining educational and normative documents, and widely introducing modern teaching technologies. 

On January 14, the Gallaorol district polytechnic No. 1 organized a "Mard o'g'lon" competition among students on the occasion of the "Defenders of the Fatherland Day". Students of the 1st and 2nd grade groups participated in the competition, which was held on the basis of 4 conditions, and tested their physical fitness. In the individual competitions, the 100-meter run was won by Asad Khudoyberdiev, a student of group 7-25, while the winner in the grenade throwing competition was Rakhmatullayev Shahzod. In the readiness of military equipment and the speed of donning a gas mask, the highest result was achieved by Asad Khudoyberdiev, a student of group 7-25. In the team tug-of-war competition, students from groups 7-24 won. The winners will be awarded on January 14, at the technical school's festive event. 

On December 23, 2025, an international forum on the topic "Knowledge. Skills. Future" was held in the Aktobe region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Representatives of vocational education organizations from Belarus, Uzbekistan, France, Finland, Japan and China participated in the forum. The director of the Gallaorol district technical school No. 1, Kh. Nazarov, also participated in the International Forum as part of the Uzbek delegation. The forum featured lectures and presentations on the topics of updating professions around the world, teaching methods for demanding professions, and Artificial Intelligence in vocational education.

Following the forum, memorandums of cooperation were signed with Gallaorol Technical School No. 1 and the Oktaba Industrial Technologies College, Oktaba Oil Polytechnic College, Oktaba Construction Technical College, and Oktaba Highway College.
